Vietnamese Chinese Sausage Fried Rice

A delicious fried rice dish made with Chinese sausage, garlic, eggs, and a mix of sauces, perfect for a quick meal.

1: Heat the wok over medium-high (no oil needed). Add Chinese sausage and cook for 2 mins or until lightly charred. Remove and set aside. 2: Add 2 tbsp oil to the wok over high heat, then add garlic and onions. Cook for 1 minute and add your rice, breaking all the rice clumps until it’s even. Cook for 1 minute. 3: Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Combine and cook for 2 additional minutes. 4: Move rice to one side and add two eggs. Scramble for 2 minutes and combine with the rest of the rice. 5: Add frozen veggie mix and Chinese sausage. Combine well and cook for additional minutes. 6: Turn off the heat and add green onions.
